One year OTR Flatbed experience is required. We are committed to guaranteeing your hard work is rewarded with a cpm base pay, $80 Tarp pay, bonuses, benefits, and Safety Recognition Programs.

Our Elite Flatbed Fleet is a high mileage fleet with predictable shippers. We have new top of the line Freightliners with PrePass and Qualcomm equipped on all trucks.

Home at least every other week

Dedicated – multiple shipments daily within 600 miles of Salt Lake City.  Home on weekends.  Will be required to run regional (home at least every 8 days) for 30 – 45 days before being entrusted with the dedicated lane.

Requirements

    • Valid Class A CDL
    • 23 Years of Age or Older
    • No DUI, DWI, or Reckless Driving Charges within the Last 5 Years
    • One Year Verifiable Over-the-Road Experience

Drivers are required to have the Hazmat endorsement. If you do not have Hazmat, you are required to start the process within 30 days of your hire date, and have the process completed with endorsement on license within 60 days of hire date. Andrus pays the initial cost of the application and fingerprints for the hazmat application only.
