1. Select the “Driver Access” link
2. Enter your Driver Code and Password (use the same Driver Code and PW as you use to log on to the Qualcomm HOS)
3. Select Submit Query

4. Select “Search”

5. Select one that you want to view
Note: under doc type you have access to both Check stubs and Recap statements.
