Solo Drivers
At Andrus Transportation, we have opportunities for skilled solo drivers who want to hit the road and make a living. We offer routes that cover the 11 Western States, so you can stick to the region you know best.
Our routes mainly run through Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado, focusing on the I-5, I-15, I-70, and I-10 corridors. You’ll be cruising along those highways and racking up the miles.
We’ve set you up for success with 95% no-touch freight, and every one of our trucks comes equipped with PrePass and Qualcomm, so you can breeze through weigh stations and stay connected on the road.
We value our drivers and their quality of life. That’s why we prioritize miles and home time. We want you to have a good balance between the open road and being able to kick back and relax at home.
When you join our team as a solo driver, you’ll get an all-new pay package that recognizes your previous experience and loyalty to former carriers. We base your pay on cents per mile (CPM) and have bonuses, benefits, and safety recognition programs to sweeten the deal.
